Public comments are received during the Oral Communications section of the agenda. Members of the public may address the Committee on any agenda item by completing a “Speaker Request Form” indicating the agenda item or subject matter you wish to address and submit it to the recording Secretary before the item is called. All speakers shall observe civility, decorum, and good behavior.

At this time, the public may address the Centennial Steering Committee concerning any agenda item, which is not a meeting item, or on matters within the jurisdiction of the Committee. There is a five (5) minute time limit for each individual addressing the Committee.

Committee members may make requests or ask questions of Staff. If a Committee member would like to have formal action taken on a requested matter, it will be placed on a future Committee Agenda.

The Centennial Steering Committee will adjourn to the next regular Committee Meeting on September 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
